                        IMMEDIATE.

        Reference Home Department Express Letter 7/1/40-Political
dated 6th March, 1940, execution of warrant for arrest of
P.C.Joshi should be suspended for period ten days with effect
from midnight 8th/9th April. Please take all possible steps
to ensure suspension is known to all police officers
immediately to enable Joshi to move freely and to travel to
Delhi during period of suspension.
