ARGUMENT FOR RELEASING THEM

        They are our best mass mobilisers and organisers. They are avowed anti-
fascists who have accepted the Party line. If they are released they will be
greatly helpful in organising and rallying the people for national defence and
against sabotage.

        This list is not complete. Supplementary list will be sent later.
